2. Review an itemised quotation
Check the dates, route, number of travellers, room arrangements, named properties, transport, driver arrangements and any guide requirements. Make sure the currency, total price, inclusions and exclusions are clear.
3. Confirm payment arrangements
Before paying, request the booking contact, payment recipient, deposit amount, balance deadline and confirmation process in writing. Do not send payment-card details in the enquiry form.
4. Understand changes and cancellations
Request the actual supplier-specific charges, refund conditions and deadlines applicable to your booking. There is no standard cancellation percentage or refund guarantee offered on this website.
5. Agree how disruption will be handled
Discuss what happens if flights, roads, weather or accommodation availability affect the route. Confirm how alternatives will be agreed and who covers any additional costs.
6. Check the final confirmation
Keep the accepted itinerary, quotation, payment acknowledgement and contact details together. Reconfirm pickups and any time-sensitive arrangements before travelling.
